A new business pitch, even one that's tied to organic growth is a huge team effort. I would be remiss not to mention two of the many colleagues by name who did so much to make this work something I'm incredibly proud of. After years of successfully working on the trade portion of the Norwegian business, we had the distinct honor of pitching the consumer side of their business. The premise behind the integrated campaign can be best described by this manifesto, written by GCD, Scott Murray who was also the copywriter for the pitch video below.

We proposed a social photo sharing program across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, where Norwegian would encouraged people to share photos of themselves on a voyage in the most amazing locations on Earth. It was a chance to do a little humble bragging by snapping a photo and tagging it with the #iwashere hashtag. Norwegian's Tumblr page would curate all the great photos. Every week, as a bit of surprise and delight, we would featured one of the photos as the Cover Page photo on Norwegian’s Facebook page or as the masthead on their webpage.
